Advisory Board

Composed of CEO-level executives, the advisory board will provide strategic insights on principals’ investments, including equities and real assets. Members bring specialized knowledge in areas such as Industrial Strategy & Corporate Governance, Consumer Goods & Impact Investing, Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate & Alternative Assets, Maritime Finance & Global Trade, and Banking & Financial Institutions. They play a key role in sourcing, originating, and evaluating investment opportunities. Additionally, members may contribute to the executive committees or advisory boards of the principal’s portfolio companies, offering leadership and sector-specific expertise to drive growth and value creation.

Kriton Anavlavis

Kriton Anavlavis is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership across industry and finance. Formerly Group CEO of S&B Industrial Minerals, he led the company through a major transformation culminating in its successful sale to Imerys, achieving a shareholder return exceeding 400%. He also served as Group CFO and spearheaded critical capital raises and operational restructuring initiatives. Kriton is currently Vice Chairman of the Board at Motodynamics and an active investor, advisor, and mentor to C-suite executives. With an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering background from Newcastle University, he combines strategic insight with operational excellence. His experience spans complex matrix organizations, global M&A, and organizational redesign. He is known for his forward-looking leadership style and has left a lasting impact on Greek and international corporate governance.

Vassilis Kefalas

Vassilis Kefalas brings over 25 years of experience in banking, private wealth management, and financial markets. He held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, where he served as Director of Private Banking and Head of the Luxembourg branch’s advisory office in Greece, overseeing regulatory, operational, and client advisory functions. Prior to that, he led a team of relationship managers at EFG Eurobank Ergasias, contributing to strategic business development and client acquisition. Vassilis began his career as a proprietary and FX trader at Bank of America in Athens and SBC Warburg Dillon Read in New York. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSc in Finance & Economics from Babson College. He offers deep institutional knowledge and a strategic perspective on wealth advisory and cross-border banking services.

George Pergamalis

George Pergamalis is a global infrastructure executive with over two decades of experience across energy, renewables, and investment banking. He currently serves as Global Head of Business Development at ContourGlobal, a KKR company, after a distinguished 16-year tenure at Enel Green Power. His roles spanned continents—from Southern Africa to North America—where he led renewable project development, partnerships, and equity structuring. His expertise covers strategy, project origination, deal execution, and shareholder management across large-scale renewable platforms. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in structured finance and capital markets. A trained lawyer with degrees from King’s College London and the University of Athens, George brings a multidisciplinary perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset to the boardroom. He speaks five languages and has served as a visiting lecturer at SDA Bocconi.

Dimitris Raptis

Dimitris is a C-level executive and investor with close to 30 years’ experience in the financial services and real estate industries. Since 2023 he has been leading Skyline Real Estate, a real estate holding company managing a €450m portfolio of around 600 Greek assets acquired from Alpha Bank. Prior Skyline, he co-founded in 2013 LSE-listed Globalworth, serving as Deputy CEO and CIO, and later as CEO until 2022. Under his leadership, the company grew from a €53m Bucharest-focused developer to the largest office investor and landlord in the CEE region with over €3bn of assets in Poland and Romania.  Prior to Globalworth, Dimitris spent 16 years in London with Deutsche Bank in various positions, ultimately becoming Managing Director and head of the European real estate private equity group. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank he oversaw over €5bn in real estate private equity transactions and managed a €6bn+ portfolio across Europe. Dimitris holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from City University Business School.

Alvertos Revach

Alvertos Revah was born in Athens, Greece, in 1972. He studied at the Moraitis School before earning a BA in Business Administration from Georgetown University (Magna Cum Laude) in 1994. From 1997 to 2015, he worked at Amvyx S.A., Greece’s largest independent importer/distributor of alcoholic beverages, where he held the role of Commercial Director and owns 50%. In 2016, he relocated to Luxembourg and established Humble Holdings S.A. and Humble Investments S.A. – SPF, focused on Impact Investing in ethical and sustainable businesses globally. In 2022, Worth magazine named him among the Worthy 100 for his global social awareness. In 2024, he launched the Revah Family Foundation in Cyprus to support education through scholarships and fund animal welfare initiatives, aiming to create a lasting philanthropic legacy.

George Syllantavos

George Syllantavos is a corporate finance executive with a distinguished career in U.S. capital markets, specializing in SPACs, IPOs, and cross-border M&A. He is currently co-CEO and CFO of Stellar V Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: SVCC), and has co-founded or advised multiple SPACs including Growth Capital Acquisition Corp., Relativity Acquisition Corp., and Stellar Acquisition III Inc. He has also served on the boards of publicly listed companies such as Cepton and Phunware. George’s focus spans energy, technology, shipping, and industrial sectors, leveraging deep expertise in capital structure engineering and value arbitrage. He is also Managing Director of Nautilus Energy Management Corp., with prior roles in offshore services and shipping. George holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering. Fluent in three languages, he brings international reach and financial acumen to every venture.
