George Nagoulopoulos is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in global and domestic markets. He is currently CEO and Co-Founder of Infinity Asset Management.

At Infinity, George leads the delivery of personalized wealth management and family office solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The firm combines deep market expertise with a fully integrated digital infrastructure for multi-custodian portfolio management, real-time performance analytics, and cutting-edge investment strategies.

George previously held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, EFG Bank, and Eurobank, where he drove business development, strategic planning, and advisory services.

George began his career at HSBC in Athens and prior to joining Infinity, George served as a Structured Product Sales Associate at CAMcap Markets in London and Monaco, where he originated and executed significant transactions for a global clientele, including private banks, asset managers, and family offices. His ability to design and deliver innovative trade ideas stems from a strong command of financial instruments, Bloomberg analytics, and institutional platforms.

He holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, where he also co-founded and led the Hellenic Student Association. His thesis on MiFID II’s impact on the Greek capital markets was supervised by Andrea Sironi, who has served as President of Borsa Italiana & Bocconi Università. He also currently is an active member of the Athens College Business Club Alumni and Junior Achievement network.

Yannis Couletsis serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee and Chief Investment Officer at Infinity. He is also a Director of Credence Capital Management, a hedge fund business he founded in 2005 that manages client portfolios focused on financial derivatives. Before transitioning to third-party funds, Yannis traded proprietary capital at major commercial banks for over two decades. He specializes in relative value and quasi-arbitrage trades, and has spent many years developing and implementing proprietary quantitative models to identify such investment opportunities.

Sarantos Giagourtas is an accomplished Wealth Management and Private Banking executive with 30 years of experience across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director, Head of Greek Desk at Infinity Asset Management, Sarantos oversees investment strategy and advisory services for Greek high-net-worth and institutional clients. He previously held the role of Senior Private Banker at Eurobank Private Banking Greece (2008–2024), providing bespoke wealth solutions and managing complex client portfolios. Earlier, he served in senior roles at HSBC, including Sales Manager in the Wealth Management Department and Branch Manager of N. Erythrea. He also gained valuable experience at Xiosbank, where he was responsible for consumer credit sales across Athens and Crete. Sarantos brings deep expertise in investment advisory, portfolio growth, and client relationship management. He holds qualifications in marketing and computer science and has completed executive training at HSBC’s UK Group Management College. Fluent in English and proficient in French, he is known for his strategic insight and client-first approach."

Despina Michailou is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leading private sector financial institutions.

She has served as Senior Manager at Piraeus Bank - Financial Markets Quality & Control, involved in regulatory compliance (MiFID II, ESG, EMIR, PRIIP), corporate governance, and internal control frameworks across Investment, Treasury, Asset Management, and Private Banking divisions.

Previously, she was a Senior Internal Auditor and Project Manager at Alpha Bank Group, conducting audits in Greece and Alpha Banks international network in the areas of AML, Treasury, Capital Markets, Custody, Corporate / Investment Banking and Project Finance.

She holds an MSc in Internal Audit & Management from Cass Business School, London, and a BSc in Management and International Business from The American College of Greece. She is certified in COSO Internal Control and holds the A1 Qualification for Order Execution & Settlement from Bank of Greece. She is a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece registered as Internal Auditor.

Maria is the new Compliance Officer of Infinity Asset Management, with more than five years of senior experience leading Account Opening and Client Support functions within regulated investment firms.
She has built a strong background in client onboarding, KYC/AML frameworks, account opening processes, and compliance support within MiFID II-regulated environments.
She has hands-on expertise in the review and validation of client documentation, source of wealth and source of funds assessments, coordination with domestic and international custodian banks, and the end-to-end monitoring of onboarding workflows to ensure regulatory completeness and audit-readiness. Her role includes close collaboration with front-office, operations, and external service providers to ensure that all client files meet internal policies and the requirements of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
Maria holds an MSc in Administrative Science & Public Management and is currently completing an MSc in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit & Risk Management. She is certified by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
